Autumn here

Although we’re now focused on getting the next Site Guide ready for you, we do some guiding in the meantime. Last days I have spent guiding for Biebrza Eco-Travel.

We’ve had a great time watching something like 9 Elks, a White-tailed Eagle, dozens of Cranes and Greylag Geese at dawn, Goosanders, Egrets and Herons. Many northern birds already arrived – we saw loads of Bullfinches, (more…)

Biebrza impressions

What to say.. it’s difficult not to take photos when traveling around Biebrza in May. Ruffs, Terns, Cranes, Elks, Wagtails, Whinchats, views, villages and a lot more. Take a look at some of my last pics made during our trips.

Elk Moousse and Wolf Chase reports

In the first week of February we had our first elking and wolfing trips run in the Biebrza for Naturetrek and for Biebrza Eco-Travel. We had some fantastic weather and great photography opportunities. Over 20 Elks seen in 2 days and loads of wolves tracks. Here are a few pics of these trips, enjoy! (more…)
