Rospuda Valley saved!!!

Celebration day! Polish government will announce today the ring road of Augustow will not cut through the precious marshes and thus the primaeval habitat with its fauna and flora will be saved! More news on www.thenews.pl

It is a result of a few years campaign of Birdlife international, Greenpeace, RSPB and its polish branch – OTOP. The battle was won but the war goes on, there’s still a lot of precious habitats and its animals to save from road traffic. Read more on the http://www.viabalticainfo.org/ pages.
