Three-toed Woodpecker by Łukasz Mazurek
There are 7 species of woodpeckers breeding in our path’s vicinity and each year one or a few of them decide to nest just next to the path so we can watch them unobtrusively. Others fly in to feed and drum in the largest trees in the neighbourhood. See the magical spectacle of nature in the best early morning light. In the autumn, additionally admire loud Red Deer rutting or busy Red Squirrels jumping among the numerous vivid fungi. Travel back in time and see how most of Europe once used to be.
Our enthusiastic guide will make the early morning start even more rewarding by his deep understanding and humorous explanations of this ecosystem’s complexity.
